陈林根,武汉工程大学,伟德betvlctor体育官网,工大学者领军教授,博士生导师。1964年11月27日出生,1979年考入海军工程学院,1983年、1986年和1998年分别获得工学学士、硕士和博士学位,1992年破格晋升副教授,1996年破格晋升教授。荣立二等功1次, 三等功3次。1998年获首届中国科协“求是杰出青年实用工程奖”。被评为全军优秀教师,全军优秀博士。获政府特殊津贴,军队优秀专业技术人才一类岗位津贴。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才资助计划,新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选。2001年获“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖”。人民日报、光明日报、科技日报、中国教育报、解放军报、人民海军报、长江日报、《军事》杂志和《海军》杂志等报道了事迹.

长期从事热科学理论(有限时间热力学,自然组织构形理论)和舰艇动力技术保障工作,建立了新的概念和方法,推动了舰艇装备科学化管理。主持国家“973”课题、国防“973”子课题、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、军委科技委创新特区项目等国家级项目13项,总装和海装项目30项, 教育项目8项。截止2021年10月,在欧美国际出版社出版著作3部,在国内出版专著13部,主编出版译著15部;在70余种欧美国际学术刊物上发表论文750篇,在《中国科学》(包括物理学,化学,技术科学)和《科学通报》中、英文版发表论文134篇,在国际学术会议发表论文104篇;690篇为SCI收录,32篇为ESI高被引论文,14300余篇次为国内外学者引用(自引除外),H因子为57。2014年至2020年每年均入选Elsevier中国高被引学者。获湖北省自然科学二、三等奖9项, 教育部高等学校自然科学二等奖1项, 军队科技进步二、三等奖5项, 军队教学成果二、三等奖3项。
已指导出站博士后9名;毕业博士30名、硕士39名。获得2个全国优秀博士学位论文提名指导教师奖, 64个海军、全军和湖北省优秀博士、硕士学位论文指导教师奖。
曾任海军工程大学核能科学与工程系主任,研究生院院长,船舶与动力学院院长, 动力工程学院院长, 舰船动力工程国家级实验教学示范中心主任等职务。先后应聘担任51种学术兼职工作,包括:教育部高等学校能源动力类专业教学指导委员会委员、副主任委员,中国工程热物理学会理事, 中国工程热物理学会工程热力学分会副主任委员,全国高校工程热物理学会副理事长,中国能源研究会热力学与工程应用分会副主任委员,5个国家和省部级重点实验室学术委员会委员,18家国际和7家国内刊物的编委。
